1. General Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, booking a vehicle, or submitting any request, you accept these terms in full. Crystal Honda is a premium authorized dealership partner of Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) operating under the corporate guidelines of Kothari Group.
2. Vehicle Booking & Allocations
- Booking Terms: Bookings for any Honda car model (e.g., Amaze, City, City eHEV, Elevate, ZR-V) can be initiated through our digital portal or directly at our showrooms. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the official booking amount.
- Pricing Policy: All vehicle prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. The final price of the vehicle will be the price prevailing at the actual date of vehicle delivery, including applicable statutory taxes, TCS, RTO registration charges, and insurance premiums.
- Allocation & Priority: Vehicle allocation is carried out based on booking priority, manufacturing schedules of Honda Cars India Ltd., and color/variant availability. Any tentative delivery dates provided by the showroom are estimates and do not constitute a legal guarantee.
3. Payments & Financing
- Authorized Channels: All payments for booking, balance vehicle amounts, accessories, or services must be made via official banking channels: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, credit/debit card, or Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Crystal Honda".
- Cash Transactions: Showroom transactions are strictly subject to prevailing Indian Income Tax regulations. PAN card details and Form 60 are mandatory for transactions as per regulatory guidelines.
- Loan Approvals: While our team assists in arranging vehicle finance, the sanctioning of loans is at the sole discretion of partner banks or NBFC institutions. The dealership is not responsible for financing delays or rejections.
4. RTO Registration & Motor Insurance
- Mandatory Registration: In accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, no vehicle will be delivered to a customer without temporary or permanent registration at the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Customers must provide complete and valid KYC/address proof documents for the RTO registration process.
- Motor Insurance: It is legally mandatory to have a valid motor insurance policy active before driving the vehicle. Insurance can be availed through Honda Assure at the showroom or via independent providers, subject to verification.
5. Booking Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Requests: Booking cancellations must be submitted in writing by the primary booking holder along with the original booking receipt.
- Cancellation Charges: A standard cancellation fee may be deducted from the booking refund amount, in accordance with Honda Cars India Ltd. dealership guidelines and specific vehicle variant terms.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or account-payee cheque only, within 7 to 15 business days from the formal cancellation date. Refunds will only be issued to the bank account of the primary booking holder.
6. Servicing & Repairs
All service appointments and repairs carried out at Bavdhan, Wagholi, and Satara workshops are subject to the following:
- Estimates provided at the time of job card creation are indicative. Additional repairs found necessary during servicing will be carried out only after obtaining customer consent.
- Only 100% genuine Honda spare parts and authorized lubricants are used in repairs to preserve vehicle warranty.
- Vehicles left at workshops for servicing are stored at the owner's risk; the dealership is not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
- Force Majeure: Crystal Honda shall not be held liable for any delay in vehicle delivery, lack of stock, or service disruptions caused by force majeure events including acts of God, fire, strikes, lockouts, changes in government taxation policies, RTO regulation changes, or manufacturer dispatch delays.
- Website Content: Although we strive to maintain accurate brochures, specs, and price guides on this website, specifications are subject to updates by HCIL. The physical vehicle specifications at the showroom shall prevail.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of bookings, payments, vehicle sales, or servicing agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
